The Employee Immigration Assistance Program enables Employers to fill their labour shortages by allowing Premium Staffing Services LTD. to facilitate local/foreign workers and manage all concerned matters for going to work in Canada within a short time and to cut costs. We assist employees with immigration matters including Business Category, Skilled Worker Category, work permit, study permit and judicial reviews and appeals.
The agency immigration experience ranges from Federal Immigration, Quebec Immigration and all Provincial Nominee Programs.
The Long-Term Contract to Permanent Program allows Employers to work with a qualified candidate for an evaluation period where the Employer can evaluate the candidate without having to provide benefits or make a long lasting commitment. The Employer can then have the option of later offering permanent employment. Please note that this Program requires a minimum contract period of 3 months.
The Permanent Placement Program allows Employers the luxury of services such as providing a no-cost consultation, determining job requirements, pre-screening potential candidates, submitting the most qualified candidates and supporting the Employer through the interviewing and hiring process. Please note that a minimum of 1 year is required to supply a permanent placement employee.
The Extensive Resume Database allows Employers to browse through potential ‘local Canadian employee’ resumes and/or ‘foreign employee’ resumes to find the most qualified matches to jobs they are offering.
